INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of dairy free yogurt I like plain soy without refined sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon date syrup or maple syrup
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup homemade granola or other healthy granola
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend the yogurt, mint, spinach and syrup in a blender until smooth for 1 minute.
- Pour into a bowl, or if you want to get fancy, use half a fresh coconut as a bowl.
- Top with raspberries, blueberries, homemade granola and any other healthy sprinkles such as sugar free, dairy free chocolate chips.
