Weight Loss Spinach Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 cup of dairy free yogurt I like plain soy without refined sugar
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup homemade granola or other healthy granola

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Blend the yogurt, mint, spinach and syrup in a blender until smooth for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a bowl, or if you want to get fancy, use half a fresh coconut as a bowl.
  3. Top with raspberries, blueberries, homemade granola and any other healthy sprinkles such as sugar free, dairy free chocolate chips.
