Vegan Blackberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup blackberries (preferably frozen)
  • ½ mango (diced)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar
  • 1-2 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all the ingredients until creamy and fully incorporated.
  2. Serve.
