The Best Kefir Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml of kefir (natural, unsweetened)
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 50 ml of water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend everything until completely smooth.
  3. Serve & Enjoy!
