INGREDIENTS
- 1 large banana
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
- 3–4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups spinach
INSTRUCTIONS
- Puree everything together in a blender until very smooth. There should be no flecks of spinach or small pieces of dates left – everything should be incorporated and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
