- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 small banana
- Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Optional: 1 scoop collagen protein
Instructions
