Ingredients
- ½ cup chilled whole milk (or skim, or plant-based)
- ½ cup chilled plain yogurt (full-fat, low-fat, Greek, plant-based or strawberry flavored)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces strawberries (100 g, sliced and frozen)
- ½ cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup or agave nectar)
Instructions
- Add the frozen berries to the large jar of a high-speed blender.
- If your blender is not high-power, then thaw the frozen berries for 10 minutes for easy blending.
- Add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey to the jar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add some more milk if the smoothie is thick for your liking. Check for sweetness and add some more honey if needed.
- Pour into 2 serving glasses. Garnish with some more berries and a sprig of mint and serve chilled.
