Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 
  • 2 cups fresh spinach 
  • 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds 
  • Honey to taste, optional

Instructions 

  • In the bottom of a blender, add water, banana, pineapple, spinach, protein powder or Greek yogurt, and flax seeds. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if desired.
