Skinny Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.
  • 1 cup Diet 7Up or Sprite Zero or other low calorie fizzy drink (preferably with no artificial colors)

Instructions 

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth and pour-able. If it’s not sweet enough for you, you could always add some artificial sweetener, honey agave, etc.
  2. If you prefer to use fresh fruit, use the same amount but add a cup of ice.
