Premier Banana Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 4–5 pieces of frozen mango
  • 1 cup/250ml of milk (you can use dairy-free if needed)
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. All the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
