Nut Free Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 banana (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp of pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower butter
  • 1/3 tsp of pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup/250ml of oat milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Feel free to add maple syrup or date syrup if you like your smoothies sweeter!
  3. Serve and enjoy!
