INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup Sparkling ICE Mandarin flavor
- 12 ounce Plain Greek Yogurt with the lowest carb count
- 2 tablespoon Sugar-free honey (can be substituted for a sweetener of your choosing)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the Sparkling ICE beverage into an ice cube tray, and place in the freezer until the ice cubes are completely frozen.
- Place the frozen juice cubes into a food processor or blender.
- Add the sugar free honey, yogurt and vanilla extract to the food processor or blender with the ice cubes.
- Blend the ingredients on high until smooth.
- Pour the slushy mixture evenly into two different glasses and serve.
