INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1–2 drops vanilla extract
- 2 tbs collagen peptides
- 2 tbs monk fruit powder
- 1/2 cup ice
- (optional: 1-4 drops vanilla stevia drops)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients, except the ice, into your blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend again until the ice blends into the smoothie.
- Serve into two 20 oz glasses, or one large glass or mason jar.
