Ingredients
- ½ cup crushed ice
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
- ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup unflavored whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoon collagen protein powder optional

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
