Ingredients

  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
  • ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup unflavored whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon collagen protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
