Keto Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen baby spinach
  • 1 scoop Equip Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/2 tsp banana extract
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • Optional: keto-friendly sweetener to taste
  • 1 tsp unsweetened peanut butter melted

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If the smoothie isn’t cold enough, blend with a few ice cubes (not too many or you’ll dilute the flavor).
  • Drizzle 1 tsp unsweetened peanut butter (melted) on top and serve.
