Kale Shake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bunch kale
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup red grapes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup water (or until consistency is reached)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a powerful blender.
