Creamy Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk!)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high for several seconds to minutes (depending on what kind of blender you have).
  • If the smoothie is too thick or you like thinner smoothies you can also add up to 1 cup of water!
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
