Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cold-brewed coffee, not strong
- 1 large banana, cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp. smooth unsalted almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, plus extra for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. honey, plus more to taste
- 1 cup ice, plus more to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, garnished with extra chia seeds. Makes 2 (10 oz.) glasses.
