Chocolate Black Bean Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup black beans
  • 1-2 medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. 1 frozen banana,1 cup frozen cauliflower,½ cup black beans,1-2 medjool dates,1 cup oat milk,1 tablespoon hemp seeds,1 tablespoon cocoa powder,1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle hemp seeds over the top if desired. Serve immediately.
