INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup black beans
- 1-2 medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. 1 frozen banana,1 cup frozen cauliflower,½ cup black beans,1-2 medjool dates,1 cup oat milk,1 tablespoon hemp seeds,1 tablespoon cocoa powder,1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle hemp seeds over the top if desired. Serve immediately.
