Ingredients
- Boiled rice300g
- Eggs3
- Oil1/2cup
- Spring onions2
- Garlic3-4 cloves
- Button mushrooms1 cup
- Finely chopped capsicum1
- Finely chopped carrots1
- Black mushrooms3-4
- Boiled peas1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce2tbsp
- Oyster sauce2tbsp
- Crushed black pepper1tsp
- Black pepper powder1/2tsp
- Chinese salt1tsp
- Salt as required
Method
- Heat ½ cup oil in a wok and add 3-4 cloves of garlic. Fry until golden brown in color.
- Add 2 beaten eggs and cook until set.
- Add 1 cup button mushrooms,3-4 black mushrooms,1 chopped capsicum,1 chopped carrot,1 cup boiled peas and 2 chopped green onions. Mix well and add the boiled rice.
- Add salt as required, 1tsp crushed black pepper, 1/2tsp black pepper powder, 1tsp Chinese sat, 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2tbsp oyster sauce.
- Toss well to mix and serve hot
