Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen carrots 
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions 

  • In the bottom of a blender, add orange juice, banana, carrots, mango, and protein powder or Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
