Carnitas and Guacamole Loaded Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen French fries or seasoned fries
  • 2 cups carnitas (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sliced jalapeños

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package.
