Cardamom Maca Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk oat or cashew, for example
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbs raw walnuts
  • 1 tbs raw maca powder
  • contents of 1 green cardamom pod or 1/4 tsp ground

Instructions

  • To a high speed blender add all of the above ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth (approximately 1-2 minutes).
  • Enjoy!
