Banana Strawberry Mango Smoothie with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • 1 cup frozen, chopped, strawberries + extra to serve (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen, chopped, mango
  • 1 cup natural Greek yogurt unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Place the banana with the strawberry and mango pieces in a high powered blender. Mix for 2 minutes, until no solid pieces remain.
  2. Add the yogurt and mix for 30 seconds, until well combined.
  3. Pour in a tall glass and decorate with a few pieces of strawberries and a paper straw. Serve immediately!
