INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup/150g frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup/120g Greek yogurt
- 1 cup/250ml low fat milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (unsweetened and unflavored)
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (ground)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Measure the ingredients as listed and set them aside.
- Add the frozen bananas and yogurt to your blender first, followed by the other ingredients.
- Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
