- 4 brioche buns, split and toasted
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon jam (store-bought or homemade)
- Butter for frying eggs

Instructions:
- Prepare the bacon jam if you’re making it from scratch or use store-bought bacon jam.
