Ingredients
Steak Tips
- 1 lb Steak Tips steak or steak tips, cut into ¾” pieces
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Seasoning your choice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- ¾ cup Prepared Horseradish
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Steak Tips
- Cut the steak into small, ¾” chunks. Combine the olive oil, seasoning and salt and pepper in a bag. Add the steak tips and squeeze around to fully cover. There really isn’t a need to marinate these as they will be nice and tender.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Lay the cut steak on a tray or basket, depending on your model.
- Cook for four minutes and turn them over. Then cook for another four, or until the steak is at the desired internal temperature.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a sealed container.
