INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup blackberries (preferably frozen)
- ½ mango (diced)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 ½ tsp sugar
- 1-2 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients until creamy and fully incorporated.
- Serve.
