Keto Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1–2 drops vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs collagen peptides
  • 2 tbs monk fruit powder
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • (optional: 1-4 drops vanilla stevia drops)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all the ingredients, except the ice, into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend again until the ice blends into the smoothie.
  • Serve into two 20 oz glasses, or one large glass or mason jar.
