Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen baby spinach
- 1 scoop Equip Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp banana extract
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- Optional: keto-friendly sweetener to taste
- 1 tsp unsweetened peanut butter melted
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie isn’t cold enough, blend with a few ice cubes (not too many or you’ll dilute the flavor).
- Drizzle 1 tsp unsweetened peanut butter (melted) on top and serve.
