INGREDIENTS
- 1 10 ounce package frozen mango (about 2 1/2 cups)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric powder or 1 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional – maple syrup or agave can be used instead of honey for a truly vegan swap)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender container and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add a little more honey if desired.
- Divide between two glasses, serve, and enjoy!
