Coffee Banana Smoothie With Oats and Chia

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cold-brewed coffee, not strong
  • 1 large banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. smooth unsalted almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp. old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp. honey, plus more to taste
  • 1 cup ice, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, garnished with extra chia seeds. Makes 2 (10 oz.) glasses.
