Ingredients
- 1 cup water or almond milk
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- Honey to taste, optional
Instructions
- In the bottom of a blender, add water, banana, pineapple, spinach, protein powder or Greek yogurt, and flax seeds. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if desired.
