Banana Smoothie For Weight Loss

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup/150g frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup/120g Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup/250ml low fat milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (unsweetened and unflavored)
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (ground)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Measure the ingredients as listed and set them aside.
  2. Add the frozen bananas and yogurt to your blender first, followed by the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
