Air Fryer Steak Tips with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

Steak Tips

  • 1 lb Steak Tips steak or steak tips, cut into ¾” pieces
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Seasoning your choice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Creamy Horseradish Sauce

  • ¾ cup Prepared Horseradish
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Steak Tips

  • Cut the steak into small, ¾” chunks. Combine the olive oil, seasoning and salt and pepper in a bag. Add the steak tips and squeeze around to fully cover. There really isn’t a need to marinate these as they will be nice and tender.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Lay the cut steak on a tray or basket, depending on your model.
  • Cook for four minutes and turn them over. Then cook for another four, or until the steak is at the desired internal temperature.

Creamy Horseradish Sauce

  • Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a sealed container.
