Ingredients
- 2 small knobs root turmeric (peeled)
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 10 whole pitted dates
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In your blender you may combine all the ingredients and then blend it smooth.
