INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz pineapple chunks (preferably frozen)
- 1 small sprig mint, fresh
- 5 oz low fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 oz baby spinach
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbps rolled oats
- 1 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until fully incorporated and creamy. You shouldn’t see the texture of the solids, everything should be as smooth as possible.
- Taste and add extra mint leaves if you want more mint flavour.
