Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups milk (can use almond milk and can also substitute ½ cup of greek yogurt for some of the milk)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Break banana into large pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in your blender.
  3. Blend 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Serve with whipped cream on top (optional).
