Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen red raspberries
  • 4 ounces non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • garnish with more red raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, or use handheld immersion blender.   
  2. Process until smooth, then serve and garnish with red raspberries.
