Low Calorie Peanut Butter Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
  • 1 banana frozen, cut in ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons PB2
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, Magic Bullet or Nutribullet. I use a Nutribullet because it processes it finer and it’s already in a cup to go!
