Low-Calorie Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener, to taste (I used Pyure Organic Stevia)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the frozen berries, milk, and sweetener to a blender.
  2. Pulse the blender for about 2 minutes on high until the mixture reaches a smooth texture.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
