Ingredients
Triple Berry Smoothie Layer
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- ½” slice ginger, peeled
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- water use as much as needed to blend smoothly
Blue Spirulina Yogurt Layer
- 6-8 oz plant-based plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- optional garnish: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, edible flowers
Instructions
- Blend ingredients for triple berry smoothie layer together in a high powered blender until well blended. I start out with a half cup of water, and then add more as needed for the ingredients to blend smoothly. Pour into mason jar or tall glass.
- Mix together your choice of dairy-free, plant-based, sugar-free yogurt with blue spirulina powder. Top triple berry smoothie layer. Top with additional berries or edible flowers.
- Enjoy immediately or seal and keep in airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to one day.
