Vegan Tropical Butternut Squash Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup butternut squash (frozen)
  • 8 oz. coconut water
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 6 basil or mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Use fresh produce and freeze it in a ziplock the night before.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a smoothie consistency. If you find the smoothie too thick, add some more coconut water to water it down.
  3. Garnish it with mint or basil leaves or even berries and enjoy.
