Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and sliced prior to freezing
- 1 cup unsweetened, plain coconut milk beverage, not canned (I used So Delicious)
- 2 heaping tbsp natural, unsweetened creamy peanut butter (sub unsweetened peanut butter powder for less fat and calories)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth and well-incorporated.
