INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 cup (75 grams) frozen mango chunks (this will chill the smoothie)
- 4 strawberries, stems removed
- A large handful of fresh spinach
- 1 cup (236 ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
