INGREDIENTS
- 1 pink grapefruit large
- 1 carrot medium, peeled
- 2 inch fresh ginger
- 3-4 Medjool dates to taste
- 1 cup probiotic yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- chia seeds for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the grapefruit and remove all the bitter inner skin and seeds with your hands, saving just the segments.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
