Grapefruit Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pink grapefruit large
  • 1 carrot medium, peeled
  • 2 inch fresh ginger
  • 3-4 Medjool dates to taste
  • 1 cup probiotic yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • chia seeds for topping

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Peel the grapefruit and remove all the bitter inner skin and seeds with your hands, saving just the segments.
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
