Pumpkin Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium apple diced (peel on)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice or to taste

Instructions 

  • In blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minutes or until smooth.
  • If smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
  • If smoothie is too thin, add more ice.
