Ingredients
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 medium apple diced (peel on)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup ice or to taste
Instructions
- In blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minutes or until smooth.
- If smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
- If smoothie is too thin, add more ice.
