Ingredients
- 1 freshly cracked young Thai coconut
- 1/2 c. papaya
- 2 tbsp. soaked goji berries
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 c. Parsley
- 1/2 medium frozen banana
- 3 dates
Directions
- Soak chia seeds in blender liquid for 10 minutes before blending so they absorb liquid. (This helps them to hydrate you more effectively)
- Blend.
