Ingredients
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt greek or regular
- ½ cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup to taste
- 1½ cups strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup peaches, sliced fresh or frozen
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender: yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, strawberries, peaches, and ice.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy immediately or place in an airtight jar and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
