INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
- ¾ cup fresh baby spinach
- ¾ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – You can use whey protein, plant based protein or even collagen powder.
- 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined. If needed, add in more milk to thin the smoothie. This will depend on the power of your blender and the consistency of the protein powder you use.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass. Serve with a straw. I topped mine with some extra shredded coconut.
