Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups frozen mango (or 1 mango)
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- pulp of 1 passionfruit
- handful of mint
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a sandwich-sized ziplock bag. Squeeze as much air out the bag as possible. Freeze overnight (or for up to 1 month).
- Place frozen ingredients in a blender with 1/2–3/4 cup coconut water. Blend until smooth and serve.
